Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Huddle, a mobile application operated by an independent developer based in the European Union ("Huddle", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, do not use the App. For any question, contact iwant2025dev@gmail.com.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. By using the App you confirm you meet these requirements.

2. Your account

• You sign in with your Apple or Google account. You are responsible for keeping that account secure.
• One person, one account. You may not impersonate others or create multiple accounts to evade restrictions.
• You can delete your account at any time from the App.

3. Content you post

You retain ownership of the content you post (posts, comments, profile information). By posting, you grant Huddle a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content inside the App so other users can see it.

You agree not to post content that:

• Is illegal, defamatory, threatening, harassing, or hateful.
• Violates anyone's privacy or intellectual property.
• Promotes violence, terrorism, illegal drugs, sexual exploitation, or self-harm.
• Contains spam, scams, malware, or unsolicited advertising.
• Misrepresents your identity or location.

Content is automatically screened by our moderation system and may be flagged or removed without notice. Repeated violations may lead to permanent account suspension.

4. Location data

Posts are tied to a place you choose. The location you share with a post is visible to all other users. Don't share locations you want to keep private (e.g. your home).

5. Push notifications

With your permission, we send push notifications for new followers, likes, and comments. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.

6. Zero tolerance, reporting & moderation

Huddle has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. From inside the App you can report any post or comment, and block any user so you no longer see their content. We review every report and act within 24 hours — removing the offending content and, where warranted, suspending or permanently banning the user who posted it. Content is additionally screened automatically (including a profanity filter) and may be flagged or removed without notice. We contact authorities when required by law.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content posted by other users is accurate or safe. You use the App at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Huddle will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms, use the App in a way that may harm other users, or violate any law. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting your account.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest change. Material changes will be announced inside the App. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Spain, without prejudice to consumer rights granted by your local law and to mandatory provisions of EU law (including the GDPR and the EU Digital Services Act).
